De meeste bands die op de soundtrack staan, staan ook op de los verkrijgbare cd! Niet allemaal, want anders werd het een dubbelaar en dat werd ons te gortig. Genieten mag, maar niet meer van de muziek dan van de film, hoor.

Phoenexx
Deze geniale mannen hebben een tune geschreven voor de Grind Castle! De track is zelf meermaals aangepast om precies op de scène aan te sluiten, waarvoor wij deze mannen eeuwig dankbaar zijn! We hebben ze banaderd, omdat iets van hun stijl ons aan onszelf deed denken…. We weten niet precies wat. Zie hieronder hun band-bio!
Phoenexx – Real Scottish rock energy with bagpipe power
Since 2023, Phoenexx has emerged from the musical landscape and presented itself as a unique Scottish rock band that inspires with its authentic mix of Celtic rock, Irish folk rock and medieval rock. The focus is on the bagpipes, played by experienced musicians with over 19 years of experience on this unique instrument.
Phoenexx defines itself as a down-to-earth concert band that inspires audiences of all kinds with its energetic music and a rousing stage presence. The band has already played on a wide variety of stages, from the western town of Pullmancity to cozy pubs. For Phoenexx, the enthusiasm of the audience counts more than the size of the stage.
Since 2023, Phoenexx has proudly presented its “new format”, which ignites like fire and transports the audience into a world of positive energy and good humour.
The bagpipes give the music a unique touch and make every concert an unforgettable experience.
In their band line-up, consisting of two experienced bagpipe players, a powerful drummer, a virtuoso guitarist and an accomplished bassist, Phoenexx creates a unique symbiosis of traditional sounds and modern rock. Instead of relying on a single singer, almost all band members sing, and each voice brings its own interpretation and personality.
Phoenexx not only invites you to listen to their music, but to actively participate in it. The band is convinced that music is more than just a listening experience – it is a shared journey in which the audience is an integral part of the action.
Gestalte
Gestalte was founded by two musicians in mid 2009 :
Plaag- (Zwarte Plaag, Winternacht) guitars.
And by Dagon- (Necrofeast, Hekel, Blackart, Zwartplaag, Draugur, Hailstorm) vocals, lyrics and concept.
Later that year Nevelgheest- (Grift, Smoke) joined on drums.
Blackened death metal band
Ceremony was founded in 1989 and is part of the first wave of Dutch death metal bands, alongside icons such as Sinister, Gorefest, and Altar. In 1993, we released our debut album Tyranny From Above through Cyber Music Records.
Due to health issues with our drummer and the difficulty in finding a replacement who fit both the band and our musical style, we went on hiatus, but the band reformed in 2015. We re-released Tyranny From Above worldwide through Vic Records, and with the original members back together, we recorded our full-length album Retribution, which
was also released by Vic Records in 2019.
Over the years, Ceremony has shared the stage with iconic bands like Sinister, Svart Crown, Carach Angren, Rotting Christ, Unleashed, Master, and many more. In addition to our live performances, we’ve released several music videos that have been well-received by both fans and critics.
In 2024, we began recording Solitary Bleed—a darker, more theatrical record with orchestral elements contributed by Frank Schiphorst (MaYan), while maintaining the relentless energy of our earlier work. Solitary Bleed is set for release in June 2025. Ceremony has signed with No Dust Records, and the album will be available on CD, vinyl, and all major digital platforms. We plan to hit the stage again after the summer with our current live lineup:

Our goal is to expand our fanbase, and we believe we’d be a great fit for your roster. We’re ready to bring an intense, high-energy show back to the stage.

Onafhankelijke productie
Wij maken amateurfilms die breken met mainstream trends, voornamelijk omdat we geen kennis of kunde in huis hebben. Het levert zeker ‘gedurfde artistieke keuzes’ op.
